Courtyard Williamsburg - Busch Gardens Hotel, Williamsburg

I had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is modern and stylish, making it convenient for our visit to Colonial Williamsburg. The rooms, though, had a very unpleasant odor that I had to manage, and cleanliness was an issue with trash and hair left behind. The service was generally good, except for one slightly abrasive staff member. The dining options were satisfactory, but there were some additional costs, and the property could use some improvements.

Overall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although clean and serviced well, were a bit far from the lobby for someone with mobility challenges like myself. The noise from the bistro area was a bit disruptive at times, but the service was exceptional and the location was ideal for exploring the attractions nearby.
